Introvert Learning is here to help the quieter people understand who they are and what they need to flourish. Understanding who you are can help you make wiser decisions.
I started Introvert Learning because I didn’t want people to be held back by the same anxieties and lack of understanding of a quieter personality, that had dominated my life.
Knowing that you’re not the only introvert experiencing difficulties, living in a world that seems to favour extroverts and discussing this with someone who has been there before, can be the first step to creating the life you want.
Down the years I have had a long journey with my quietness. I was first labelled as shy, then I found out in my middle age that I am an introvert and later on that I am highly sensitive. I like to use this blog to write about the issues of being quiet in an extrovert dominated world and how we need to follow our own path. How discovering who you are and what you need, can help you make more informed choices on creating the life that you want.
